Construction Worker – Renovation & Modernization
🛠️ Job Profile
You will support our construction team in the implementation of high-quality renovation and modernization projects in Mallorca. Practical experience in one or more of the following trades is required: masonry, painting, drywall work (Pladur), plumbing, electrical work, or similar trades. You will work directly on the construction site and contribute to the qualitative and timely execution of the work.
🧑💼 Qualifications & Requirements
You have completed vocational training in construction or have several years of practical experience in the field. You work reliably, independently, and as part of a team, are physically resilient, and possess manual skills. Spanish language skills are required, additional language skills (German or English) are advantageous. A Class B driver’s license is required.

Your tasks:
✔ Support in the implementation of projects in the areas of business, technology, marketing, and organization
✔ Conducting research, analysis, and preparation of decision-making materials
✔ Assisting in the creation of presentations, reports, and project plans
✔ Helping to maintain databases, website content, and social media channels
✔ Organizing and following up on internal and external appointments, meetings, or events
Your profile:
✔ You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, etc.)
✔ You are interested in business, technical, and communication-related topics
✔ You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
✔ Excellent Spanish and English skills, as well as good knowledge of German
✔ Confident use of MS Office; experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, project management or CRM systems is a plus
✔ Initiative, team spirit, and a willingness to dive into new topics
