With this project, we took charge of everything from the very start. The starting point was an older house with plenty of potential, but lacking the character it deserved. Our task was clear: to bring out the best in the building without losing its origins.

The original Mallorcan natural stone masonry was carefully restored and deliberately integrated as a design element into the modern overall look. The rough texture of the stone alongside the clear blue of the pool water – this contrast is no accident, but the result of craftsmanship.

The large-format sliding doors were designed so that the living area, kitchen and outdoor space merge into a single unit. No transition, no threshold, simply Mallorca, from morning till night.

The courtyard has been completely redesigned. The pool has been fitted in, the terrace paved, and the planting integrated. Up on the roof terrace, a second outdoor area has been created with views over the rooftops – a place to unwind that did not exist before.
The result is a home that truly lives up to the Mallorca dream.
